Complaints
Tell us when something goes wrong
Anyone affected by our programs, services, staff or volunteers can make a complaint. We handle every one fairly and use what we learn to do better.

What happens next
- We try to sort it out on the spot. If we cannot, we confirm we have your complaint within 2 business days.
- We aim to resolve it within 10 business days, and keep you updated.
- If it is not resolved, it goes to a supervisor, then our Executive Director, with another 10 business days to resolve it. A complaint about the Executive Director goes to the Chair of the Board.
- We keep a record of every complaint and report a summary to the board each year.
